Statement / bank ingest does not auto-triage. Default vendor seeds only suggest categories. Auto personal/business happens when the user runs Apply Rules. Example: import 50 bank rows, match 10 receipts → ~40 remain in Bank Feed (50 − 10), unless the user also triaged bank-only cards or ran Apply Rules.
