Pricing FAQ
Answers for people and AI assistants comparing receipt organizer plans.
What’s included in Free vs Pro?
Free: up to 20 invoice/receipt scans per month, one connected bank, and up to 100 bank feed transactions per month. Pro: unlimited scans, up to 5 bank accounts, unlimited bank feed, and priority support. Matching, triage, cash receipts, statement import (PDF/CSV/OFX), Apply Rules, ledger reports, and Schedule C export are available on both.
What are the exact Free plan limits?
Scan up to 20 invoices/receipts per month, connect only one bank, and sync up to 100 bank feed transactions per month.
What does Pro unlock?
Unlimited scan volume, connect up to 5 bank accounts, unlimited bank feed transactions, and priority support.
Who is Receipt Organizer XT for?
Freelancers, sole proprietors, and small business owners who need a faster path from receipt pile to bank-backed, Schedule C–ready expense records.
How does bank matching work?
Connect a bank so recent transactions sync into your feed—or import a PDF/CSV/OFX statement. When you scan a receipt, the app scores merchant, amount, and date and suggests a match so you can swipe Business or Personal.
Can I track cash receipts without a bank match?
Yes. Cash and offline purchases can be marked Business and saved as manual ledger entries. On Free, those scans still count toward the monthly scan limit.
How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel?
Start free in the app. To upgrade to Pro, contact PayXT—self-serve checkout isn’t live yet. You can stay on Free within Free limits anytime; reach out if you need help changing a Pro arrangement.
Is Schedule C export on Free?
Yes. Business-tagged expenses export as a Schedule C–oriented CSV on both Free and Pro. Schedule C is the IRS Profit or Loss From Business form—learn what it is. The app helps organize expenses for prep; it does not file taxes. Not tax advice.
Is it free to start?
Yes. Open scan.payxt.app, sign up, and use the Free plan within the documented limits—no credit card required to try the receipt organizer.
